Mr. Chang serves Parsolex by guiding corporate strategy, development, and execution. For over twenty years, he has provided strategic and financial counsel to leading global companies, and has worked with pharmaceutical products at various stages of development and market sizes. His client engagements has involved topics relating to research & development prioritization, clinical development and strategy, brand planning, and life cycle management across a variety of therapeutic areas.

Mr. Chang completed his BSE in chemical engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the University of Michigan (Beta Gamma Sigma member). He is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society New York.

Mr. Chang is the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of City University of New York’s (CUNY) School of Public Health Foundation.
