The shareholder of Parsolex GMP Center, Inc (“Parsolex”) has approved the sale of Parsolex’s assets and operations in a series of private transactions.  Therefore, Parsolex will no longer be accepting new engagements effective immediately.

Patients with a valid prescription for CycloERINE Capsules, USP, 250mg (“CycloSERINE”) will be able to continue accessing the drug product for treatment using the same method as they are doing today.
